By commissioning me, you agree to these Terms of Service.
I reserve the right to decline any commission.
Payment - PayPal or Kofi. (GBP or USD)
Full prepayment is required before I begin work. No refunds.
Your commission slot is reserved after full payment confirmation.
For orders above $100, payment plans are available (first installment required to begin).
Commercial use is discussed separately.
When commissioning me, you are agreeing with my TOS, and also automatically confirm that you were familiarised with the current TO DO list and understand your place in the queue.
Real brands (e.g. clothing, food/drinks) will not be 100% accurate in order to avoid any issues.
For better communication, please describe your order in the most precise and detailed way possible. Please provide detailed references. If possible, please provide references for pose, background, emotion and any other information needed.
You can give me artistic freedom.
There is a 30% discount for fullbody pony art

Rights & Usage
You may use it for personal use unless commercial rights are purchased.
Commercial usage requires an additional fee.
Do not use my artwork for NFT or AI training.
Do not edit my finished artworks by yourself or with another artist’s help.
I have the right to upload commissions in my galleries, portfolio, and for promotion.
Private commissions (not posted anywhere) require an additional fee.
Commercial Use
All commissions are for personal use by default.
Small commercial use (YT, Twitch banners) +10%
Full commercial rights — +50%
Exclusive (no portfolio use) — +100%
Commercial terms are discussed individually depending on project scale.
Any commercial use without purchased commercial rights is prohibited.

Deadlines
Turnaround time: from 1-2 weeks at the least. (Deadlines can change at any moment, and if they do occur, I will inform you.)
If you require a deadlined сommission, please inform me in advance as these come with additional fees. This is from 30% to 50% of the amount depending on the urgency/shortness of time.
Priority queue has an additional fee of 30-50% of the amount.
Edits
Up to 5 minor free edits at sketch stage.
Major changes after sketch approval may require additional payment.
No composition changes after sketch approval.
Minor rendering adjustments can be discussed.

By ordering NSFW artwork from me, you confirm that you are 18 or older. I do not take responsibility for underage lying.
I reserve the right to decline any theme. If you're not sure, please feel free to ask me!
Adopt & Design Policy
You must credit me as the original designer.
You have the right to make any design changes.
You may sell or give design rights to anyone you want.
You may not resell above original price without additional artwork attached.
